OWFS has Pressing Capabilities up to 125 ton. In 2002, we purchased a new Press-line that includes three Presses, two 25 ton and one 35 ton. These new presses are primarily used for small stampings. The material thickness is 16 gauge (.062) or smaller.

OWFS can design Progressive Dies with up to eight stations. Each project is fully printed before the project is started using the latest version of AUTOCAD LT.

Other than Presses, some Stampings can be produced on our High Speed Four Slides. OWFS has ten Four Slides fully capable of forming small precision Stampings. Our Larger Presses are used to Coin ends of wire. With the 125- ton we can Coin .375 round down to .100 flat up to 1.00 in length.

OWFS' Die Designer has over 36 years of experience, and our machinists have a combined total of 30 years. With this experience we can offer our Customers great Quality and Value for their production projects.
